What is the BPA Program

The DMV established the Business Partner Automation (BPA) Program to allow qualified applicants to take control of the vehicle registration process. You issue valid registration cards, plates, and stickers from your business office.

The Big Picture AVRS is your gateway to the BPA Program. You access the Registration application via a web browser. There is no software installation and no hardware to purchase, and it doesn’t matter what version of Windows or Mac you are currently using. We stock your office with an inventory of license plates, stickers, and official registration paper. We provide your DMV clerk with on-site training, and you will be printing registrations, and performing vehicle inquires, within the first hour.

How Do I Get Started The application process requires several documents to be completed, but your AVRS representative will take care of that for you. The estimated start up cost is around $850.00.
