 Bob Rieger, CEO
Bob Rieger, CEO and Founder of CA-AVRS, Inc is a businessman and Internet visionary. As a true Silicon Valley Startup entrepreneur, Bob, founder and CEO of Netcom Online Communication Services (NASDAQ NETC) was the first to provide Internet access to the mass market (The first Internet Service Provider; ISP). He took his garage-based operation from inception (one employee) to a publicly traded company (over 600 employees) in a 4-year period. Bringing the same drive, vision and focus, Bob is utilizing the latest technology, automation, and sound business practices to evolve the Registration Service Industry. Bob received his Bachelor of Science degree in engineering at Oklahoma State University. |

R ick Francis, CTO
Rick brings twenty-five years of experience in software and network engineering to CA-AVRS. As Vice President of Engineering of @Work, Excite@Home’s commercial division, he led the design and implementation of the company’s commercial network, hosting products, and infrastructure. Prior to Excite@Home, Rick was CTO and VP of Engineering at Netcom Online Communications where he led the development of NetCruiser, the first turn-key dial-up Internet access for personal computers. NetCruiser and its associated Internet access service grew Netcom’s revenues from $2,000,000 to $150,000,000 in the three years following its release. Rick received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, cum laude, from the University of Tulsa.

Joe Polverari, Director & Corporate Counsel
In his capacity with CA-AVRS, Inc. Mr. Polverari has primary responsibility for all legal and contractual matters arising out of CA-AVRS business activities. Previously, Mr. Polverari spent 35 years in private practice in Northern and Southern California; including 25 years as senior trial counsel to a mid size litigation firm representing insurance carriers in complex litigation, liability, coverage and bad faith matters in both State and Federal Court. Joe received his law degree from Santa Clara University.

 Ruthann Plucknett, Director of Human Resources
Ruthann was Vice President of HR for Netcom Online Communications (NASDAQ – NETC) where she managed the transition from 3 employees to 600 over a four - year period. Prior to Netcom, Ruthann held a number of management roles in human resources for the Xerox Corporation. Ruthann received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management along with her Associates degree in Marketing from Oklahoma State University.
