AVRS Receives Customer Service Awards for Three Consecutive Years
AVRS is proud to be named a winner in the 14th annual Stevie American Business Awards for Customer Service Department of the Year, and the recipient of the coveted Stevie Award, three consecutive years in a row.
AVRS is the first and only California DMV first line service provider to receive national recognition for customer support. The role of the customer service team is to offer assistance and support for the AVRS software platform for over 2500 customers in California.

Entries were considered in over 15 categories for customer service, in a variety of business sizes, industries, and sectors.
Finalists were determined by the average scores of over 50 professionals in the United States, acting as preliminary judges. More than 500 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year’s competition.
